All I see is this face in the mirror.

And sometimes, even that's not there...

So, today I found some pretty nifty rainbow matches (the perks of living in a house that the last tennant never really moved out. You find awesome old things like rotting matches and boxed soap bars. Pretty nifty, right? I have a swell picture of the soap box but I'm not sure I want to upload it.) I was getting really frustrated at myself for not being able to get a good picture of the matches so finally I tried something a little more artsy than the typical 'myspace' shot. This is what happened... I'm pretty happy with it.

Anyways, F is for Folkin' Around by Panic at the Disco. I don't really know how to describe why I like this song (without upsetting a certain special dearling) so I'm just going to post the lyrics to it instead.

Allow me to exaggerate a memory or two
Where summers lasted longer than
Longer than we do
Where nothing really mattered
Except for me to be with you
But in time we all forgot and we all grew

Your melody sounds as sweet
As the first time it was sung
With a little bit more character for show
And by the time your father's heard
Of all the wrong you've done
Then I'm putting out the lantern
Find your own way back home

If i've forgotten how to sing
Before I sung this song
I'll write it all across this wall
Before my job is done
And I'll even have the courtesy
Of admitting I was wrong
As the final words before I'm dead and gone

You've never been so divine
In accepting your defeat
And I've never been more scared to be alone
If love is not enough to put my enemies to sleep
Then I'm putting out the lantern
Find your own way back home
